Important Facts:
Fast acting branch circuit fuse protection for all load steps (not just main line fusing) is standard on all Power House load banks. This protects the operator and the load bank from any over current at the individual resistor level prior to a complete overload. Main line fusing offered by our competitors means that the fault current must exceed the total rating of the entire load bank before any protection is provided.
Our standard multi-voltage load banks have a 3 phase, 4 wire “wye” connection and a single phase 2 or 3 wire connection. This allows the user to easily test single phase power sources with no additional setup.
